( Baked vegetable and lamb shank in a tomato sauce served with vermicelli rice )

( Zucchini and grape-leafs stuffed with a mix of rice and meat cooked with Lamb ribs served with yogurt )
- Green wheat soup (شوربة الفريكي)

(Chicken slices browned and served in a creamy mushroom sauce with puree potato )
